The hotel was nicely designed and fairly clean with great wi-fi. The room was high-class, brand-new and the beds were extremely comfy. An electric kettle, air conditioner, and a work desk were a nice touch. Liked our stay here and did not want to leave there...

During my recent stay at Epsom On Swan Bed & Breakfast, I was impressed by the gracious and friendly host, Anne. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that even had a bath! I appreciated the thoughtful touches like WiFi, quality toiletries, bottled drinking water, and bathrobes. And the best part? Anne offered to drop me off at the airport for a price even cheaper than an Uber ride. my experience was wonderful, and I highly recommend this B&B as a much better alternative to an 'airport hotel'.

Additionally, the outdoor dining area and the garden furniture provided a lovely setting to relax and enjoy our meals. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The noise levels were unbearable, and it was difficult to get any rest. Even the smallest sounds seemed to carry through the walls, causing a lot of disturbance and discomfort.
